Job Description:

The Human Resources Executive is a professional responsible for completing administrative duties within the HR Department of an organization. Their responsibilities include assisting the Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Manager with tasks such as recruitment, visa and work permit, compensations and benefits, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees for HOF and Hotels.

Requirement:

  • Assist in controlling the administration document needs of the HOF and Hotels as required by Compensation & Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager(s)
  • Coordinate and track all administration being carried out in the HOF and hotels on an ongoing basis.
  • Act as a coordinator and assist in all compensation and benefits matters for the HOF and hotels.
  • To support on ensuring that SHR policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
  • To assist the sourcing & recruitment of staff, group life insurance, provident fund, time attendance and other administrative tasks for the HOF and Hotels
  • To coordinate all matters of visa & work permits of the HOF.
  • Plan and organize engaging activities and events for employees, such as team-building activities, social events, wellness programs, and recognition ceremonies, in alignment with Singha Estate.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance employee participation and enjoyment.
  • Support and be the coordinator of the company Business Continuity Management.
  • At HOF, assist in communication of key messages to all employees.  Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from employee.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
  • Support onboarding program for all HOF new employees.
  • Coordinate all matters of employee facilities and office supply including disbursement.
  • Additional tasks upon request.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
  • 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or Coordinator (essential).
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
