Job Description:

The Manager / Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting is responsible for all respect of statutory financial reports to ensure that all consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) relevant to the Group of Companies as well as participating in key decisions as member of the executive management team including continuously evaluates, improves, implements, and monitors key consolidation and reporting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare consolidated statutory financial statement for the Group of Companies to comply with applicable GAAP including reporting package and management report on timely basis.
• Oversee all accounting operations task related with AP, GL, fixed asset, month end-closing, expense, payment and monthly tax submission 
• Ensure an accuracy of financial information and record keeping meets the requirement of auditors and relevant government agencies.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles according to group policy and relevant requirements of each country.
• Analysis of the financial data, variances and areas needing management attention and focus.
• Collaborate with management and other department team on various accounting issues.
• Support system implementation related to accounting software and other systems
• Supervise and coaching corporate accounting team member. 
• Liaise with auditors and other governmental organizations regarding accounting and tax matters.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the field of Accounting and consolidation report.
• Audit background from professional firm is required.
• Good communication skills including proficiency in the English language.
• Strong planning and business analytical skills, service-minded, open-minded, results-oriented, and proactive.
